What is the difference between Volume License/ perpetual and Subscription license? Volume or perpetual licenses are shared to eligible corporate customers with better discounts, here customer can buy the licenses with sharing the necessary information, hence the product of that particular version can be used till his life time or until he feels to upgrade the license to latest version with a upgrade path and cost, provided the OEM has launched newer version. Cloud Subscription licenses is the customer will subscribe for the software for a period of 1 year, 2 year or 3 years as per OEM, However the software will reside at the endpoint , only the procurement process and few cloud benefits are available for the customer under Cloud subscription. It is up to the customer to use the benefits of cloud features like cloud storage etc. In Subscription model customer enjoys the benefit to upgrader to latest version as and when it is released.
How are you able to sell these software at such low prices? Since we are Platinum partners, hence we get additional discounts from our OEMs and pass those savings on to you!
Is there a need to register on the manufacturers’ website? YES, we will initiate invitation to register our company in order to register and authenticate your software. If it is Paper license, not necessary to register it again.
When will I get the purchased software? All software is delivered digitally. This means right after purchase you will be provided with a login, a password and your personal link to our members area where you can download software. As we send your login data and URL via e-mail please make sure you have entered correct and working address.
What if something will be wrong? Will I be able to get a refund? We got professional team of technical specialists who can fix any trouble. We are confident that our management and support service are able to remedy any situation to get you satisfied. Do you ship your software on disks? No, because we sell only digital downloads, but you're able to burn own disk with downloaded file.

Will I be able to download purchased software in the future again (in case PC crash)? Sure you will be able to download your software again, just contact our support and ask them to reactivate your links.
Which Hardware Requirements is needed to get your software installed? You're able to find Hardware Requirements in description which comes with each product in our store.
What is an E-Manual? An "E-Manual" is the electronic version of the manual, which accompanies software products. The E-Manual is located in customer area.
On how many computers can I install purchased software? You're able to install this software only on ONE computer at a time.
Cloud Apps can be installed on 2 machines per User license, but only one will work at any point in time.
How to determine what type (32-bit or 64-bit) of software will work on my computer? The licenses we sell, you get both the option 32/64bit to download and supports both Windows and MAC. Following these steps on a Windows operating system, you can determine whether your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit:

  1. Open the System Information Open the Start menu, and click on Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information
  2. Look in the System Summary The System Information tool will display detailed information about your Windows operating system. Once opened it will show the "System Summary" a€“ its an overview of your computer and operating system.
  3. Look for the System Type Item On the right hand side of the window you will see a list of items. Look for the item called "System Type". The value of this item will tell you whether your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit: x86-based PC: Its a 32-bit computer. x64-based PC: Its a 64-bit computer.

Are your products used or sold on rental basis? Absolutely not, we do not sell used products of any kind. All of our products are guaranteed to be new - never been used or activated. However, we absolutely stand by our 100% guarantee that all software has never been used or activated.

Can I get a discount if I'm going to buy more than one copy of product? Unfortunately we don't have any discounts, but if the deal or Qty are more than 20+ we will get in touch with you before proceeding to payment gateway.
Will I be able to get technical support? We will help you to download, install and activate purchased program, but we cannot learn you how to use purchased product.
Is there any membership fees on your website? No, You don’t need to pay any membership fees.
Does your software come with the Certificate of Authenticity (COA)? For Perpetual licenses, we will share you the License Certificate, for Cloud Subscription, you will receive an Email confirmation of your order execution to your registered mail id from OEM. But you will be able to activate your software and get updates from manufacturer (some software products cannot be updated at all, ask you Support team about these exceptions).
What if I would like to buy software which you don't have in your store? In case you're not able to find a program in our catalogue, please, contact our Support team. We will try to prepare new release for you.
